Kanthal A1 Heating Element – Description

A Kanthal A1 heating element is a high-temperature resistance heating component made from an iron-chromium-aluminium (FeCrAl) alloy. It is widely used in industrial and commercial heating systems due to its excellent ability to withstand extreme temperatures and resist oxidation.

The Kanthal A1 alloy primarily consists of iron, chromium, and aluminium. When exposed to high temperatures, it forms a protective aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃) layer on its surface.
